There are hundreds of things that can be done in order to increase brain power and make yourself more productive, more energetic, and able to better understand and handle everyday challenges.
Brain power exercises come in even the most surprising actions. Anything that causes you to think and consider outside of the usual range of your efforts can be constituted as a brain flexor. Doing simple math while you stand in line at the bank or making a point to read every flyer you pass when you’re at the mall can improve the output of your brain.
Memory exercises can be done with little to no effort.
In the middle of the day try to remember what you ate for lunch last week or what you had for breakfast this morning. If you really want to challenge yourself you can leave yourself posted-notes around the house. Leave one on Monday, bearing a secret password. On Saturday try to remember what you wrote down and then go back to the note and see if you got it right.
When you are trying to increase brain power keep in mind that the success of failure of your actions depends solely on your drive and determination. If you don’t stick with the plans and efforts you set out for yourself you won’t find much progress is made.
Many people find that they are best able to increase the limits of their mind by doing a handful of mini exercises daily as opposed to sitting down and crunching a ton of information at once. This means that a few minutes a day, a couple hours a week can have a greater impact on your cognitive abilities than large-scale memorization and information grinding.
It is highly suggested that you work your mind much like you’d work a muscle. Give it time to recuperate after you’ve given it a good pounding and always stretch before you go at it for the long road.
